The Erlangen based FMP Technology GmbH was awarded with the German Foundation Award 2012 in the category “Economic Climbers”. The company which was founded by Prof Dr Franz Durst and Martin Gillert in 2006 prevailed against renowned competitors and received the award on 26 June in the ZDF-Zollernhof in Berlin from the hands of the German federal economic minister Dr Philipp Rösler.

FMP Technology was able to convince the jury with its impressive turnover, profit and personnel development and most of all with the forward-looking technology the company has developed in the last couple of years. Part of that is the universally usable coating device that is able to apply any coating liquid on different substrates. Additionally the new spray technique for gasoline and diesel engines in cars, motorboats, railbound vehicles, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles to name a few. The patented injection system is a plug-and-play system that eliminates the shock waves that occur in combustion engines and that are responsible for inadequate combustion processes and thereby for polluting emission values and high fuel consumption.
