With a festive reception the Kampf Schneid- und Wickeltechnik GmbH & Co. KG opened its new assembly halls at its main site in Mühlen, Germany. The directors of the Jagenberg AG accepted the invitation of managing director Lutz Bush just as well as representatives from politics, press, companies that were involved in the construction of the halls and employees of Kampf.

The enlarging of the production space started in July 2012. This included the modernisation and restoration of existing buildings just as well as the construction of four new halls with a total space of 6 400m² with a usable area of 4 400m² and additional 450m² of social areas. A constantly high number of orders at Kampf made the enlarging of the capacities crucial and urgent.

Starting summer 2013 additional building operations will start. These will include a new office building and an additional hall for customer service, which will be finished by mid-2014. Further Kampf wants to install a new training workshop by the end of 2013.
The investment of the whole building project amounts to a total of € 11M.
